The New Brunswick Centre of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada invites you to join us for our 1st Annual Mount Carleton Star Party. Mount Carleton Provincial Park offers some of the darkest skies in northeast North America that are easy to access. Located far from any light pollution typical nights allow visually unaided eye limiting magnitude of +7.0! The park also offers a relaxing location in the Appalachian Mountains with daytime activities that include extensive hiking tails, mountain biking, canoeing, sightseeing and great fishing as well as camping.
